Digital Health & Care Wales (DHCW) provides a suite of innovative digital services and products for the NHS. Their solutions help clinicians, practitioners and staff deliver health services that are safer, swifter and more secure. But, despite these valuable contributions, our brand audit revealed an overabundance of logos and a lack of organisational identity. Add in some confusing visual language and excessive jargon, and you’ve got a muddled brand presence. Our strategic approach refined DHCW’s sense of purpose and vision, developing a solution that provided a clear and structured visual identity system. This reflected the organisation’s innovative spirit, but was also intuitive and approachable. Now, DHCW’s work gains greater recognition and appreciation—right on the button.
